We always knew Heather Morris from “Glee” had a bangin’ body. Life as Beyoncé‘s backup dancer will do that for ya. We just didn’t know that two of her best assets used to be as fake as tofurkey. Heather told Fitness magazine that she had a boob job — not that she wore really good bras, like she previously claimed — and had them removed because they were painful. “Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don’t,” she said. “It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn’t like being in pain, so they had to go!” We commend Heather for finally telling the truth about her implants and for making the decision to go au naturale. Oddly, on the same day Tori revealed her dissatisfaction with her breast implants, Denise Richards told Us Weekly that she has been on a three surgery ordeal to get the breast size she originally wanted. “When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger implants than what I asked for. I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn’t research my doctor,” she said. “I just thought because they’re a plastic surgeon, they must be good.” Unfortunately, after a corrective surgery, she ended up with even more up top. “I felt very vulnerable. It wasn’t right what the doctor did, but it is what it is.” Years later, she is finally happy after having yet another corrective surgery. “This is the size I wanted them to look at 19!” she explains. We’re sure Charlie Sheen would not agree. I, like many members of The Frisky staff, appreciate that SoapNet plays back-to-back episodes of “Beverly Hills, 90210” every afternoon. But watching the later episodes of the show, there is one thing that never fails to distract me: Tori Spelling‘s fake boobs. They are such a strange shape—it looked like her plastic surgeon most have made one ginormous monolithic boob to start with and then used an apple corer to drill through the middle. Finally, Tori is admitting that her boob job is a little funky. She says that if she had it all to do over again, she might skip the implants. In fact, she said this is her biggest regret. “Well I got my boobs done ... in my early 20s,” she said. “If I had known that it would or could possibly impact production of milk, I wouldn’t have had them. I love being a mom. I’m on my third baby. We want to have more. That’s my role. [The boobs] don’t matter.” Fine, so she doesn’t mention the odd shape. But she has to know they are wack, right? Lisa Rinna was proud to show off her deflated lips. Apparently, she’d gotten sick of the big kisser look she got from lip injections back in 1986. “My lips started to define who I am,” she said. “That bothered me.” And thus she signed up to have them reshaped. “It doesn’t matter what other people think. I did it for myself,” she continued. “My lip has no lumps! It’s smooth.” For months after Heidi Montag debuted her 3.0 self, she put on the front that she was thrilled with the results. But once her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a car crash, her tune changed. First, she said she was getting her breast implants removed (and joining this elite club who got rid of their flotation devices) because, “I can’t live an everyday life. I feel trapped in my own body.” Soon, she said, “I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.” Finally, she admitted that her plastic surgery obsession killed her marriage. “Spencer begged me not to get the first surgery and it almost broke up our relationship,” she said. “Then he begged me not to get the second one and it did break our relationship. It was just so much pressure. No one wants to be taking care of his wife—who looks like she was in a horrific accident—24 hours a day, when he begged her not to do it in the first place. Spencer didn’t sign up for this in our marriage.” Tara Reid came clean about what the heck happened to her stomach. “I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted—I’m not going to lie—a six-pack,” she said. “I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.” A cautionary tale indeed. Sharon Stone is on the I-don’t-like-my-puffed-up-lips train. “[I thought] nobody loved me. I’m 103. My life would be better if I had better lips,” she said. “[But I looked] like a trout.” Yep, Sharon, it’s time to throw that pair of lips back in the ocean. When he disappeared from Hollywood, Mickey Rourke became a boxer. “I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone. I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose,” he said. “Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together.” Get references, for God’s sake! Dana Delaney of “Desperate Housewives” said that Botox changed her face ... in a not-so-pleasant way. When she got it seven years ago, the doctor hit a nerve, causing one of her eyes to go all droopy. “I notice it more than anybody else” she says. “But I was symmetrical before and now I am not.” Jane Fonda fessed up last year that she wasn’t happy with her latest plastic surgery. She said, “I caved. If I was really brave, I would have not. I vowed I wouldn’t—I did, and I don’t feel proud of it. I didn’t want to look kind of tired and jowly any more … I didn’t do a lot, right? Your lighting is so good, you probably can’t see my crow’s feet and everything like that. I don’t look weird—do I look weird?” Well ... Kim Kardashian got Botox while the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cameras rolled. But she wasn’t pleased with the bruising that happened around it. “I think when you’re young there are other ways you can look after your skin,” she said. “Botox just wasn’t necessary for me at this age.” Really—that wasn’t obvious before? Jamie Lee Curtis has been very open about regretting her plastic surgery. “It was a nightmare. It made me much, much more insecure. There were some complications and I had a horrible experience. I’ll never do that again. Plastic surgery doesn’t work. Show me one person who’s had it done who doesn’t look weird,” she’s said. She also claims that she got hooked on prescription painkillers after plastic surgery. She said, “I attempted various types of plastic surgery. But every time something went wrong. I felt misshapen, just not natural any more. And I think it was a big stimulator of my abuse.” Scary.
